Our Principles

Wholeness

Those who want to end violence against women and girls will fail if they try to only put an end to the violence.
The whole system with all its societal, cultural, economic, social and health factors must be considered and changed..

Participation

A project forged by women who often can neither write nor read. A good idea? Yes, because only those who have helped build the change with their own strength and ideas can be a part of it..

The right to human rights

What we demand? Human rights.
The right to physical integrity and sexual self-determination.
The right to have a say, an income of one's own. The right to speak out and be heard.

Empowerment

The people affected know best what they need. They just need to be given the right tools. Then they create something so big that it can change an entire society.

Getting everyone on board

The change we are fighting for isn't taking anything away from anyone.
We all win when our mothers, sisters, wives and daughters live a dignified life.
We all win when a divided society becomes a strong community.
